Donna (True) Neal the Secretary and First Lady of the Jesus Christ Apostolic Ministries International,  was born To Wilburt and Helen True in Lexington, KY February 21st 1954; she grew up on Elm Tree Lane & Carlise Ave. She had her fist expose to the word of God at an Apostolic church (U.P.C.I) in 1978 in Lexington, Kentucky. But did not come to Except Gods’ word until she meets Bishop Neal in 1987. Sister Donna Jo Neal was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ on 10-14-1989 but she received the Holy Ghost on 10-8-1989. She was baptized the old fashion way in a creek, while attending the True God Apostolic Church in Lexington, Ky. She married Bishop Michael Neal 10 days after she was baptized. She is a loving mother and a grandmother, and she is a very loving and supporting wife. She has three children, Randy, Denise, Greg & Three Grandchildren Robbie, Emily & Jenna. She also is a Step-Mother & Grandmother to Bishop Neal's Four Children & Six Grandchildren. She is the Secretary of the JCAMI.
